Yes. Payroll24 is free for companies with up to 3 active employees, with no time limit and no credit card required. Every currently available feature is included.

Payroll24 costs €7 per month for 4 or 5 active employees. After the first 5 employees, the price increases by €0.70 per additional active employee per month. Companies with 31 or more active employees can contact Payroll24 for custom pricing. All prices are shown without VAT, and the full model is on the pricing page.

An active employee is an employee included in payroll during that billing month. Employees who are not included in that month’s payroll are not counted.

Yes. Paid accounts include a 30-day free trial, and no payment card is required to begin the trial.

No. Every currently available Payroll24 feature is included. Pricing is based on the number of active employees rather than separate feature packages.

No. Payroll24 includes unlimited administrator users.
