An active employee is an employee included in payroll during that billing month. Employees who are not included in that month’s payroll are not counted.
Payroll24 is free for up to 3 active employees. With 4 or 5 active employees, the paid plan costs €7 per month. After the first 5, each additional active employee adds €0.70 per month, up to 30 active employees. For example, 10 active employees cost €10.50 per month and 30 active employees cost €24.50 per month. Companies with 31 or more active employees can ask for custom pricing.
